• Returns

If you change your mind after purchasing from aldighierigioielli.com, you can return the product within 14 days of delivery. Ensure the item is in its original condition, including packaging and certificates.

How to Return a Product:

• Protect the Product: Return it in the same condition with all original elements.

• Ship the Product: Follow our email instructions to send the product back at your expense.

Refund

After inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund using the original payment method within 10 days.

Non-Acceptance of Returns:

• Product Size Modification

For size adjustments, contact us within 7 days of delivery at aldighierigioielli@gmail.com. If feasible, ship the product back at your expense.
